Julian originally trained as a Chemical Engineer and has held senior strategic and mergers & acquisitions positions for various major public companies.

He subsequently built and managed his own successful wine company – BackVintage Wines Australia – for more than 20 years. Julian brings to Education Geographics a wealth of operational business experience in corporate financial, capital planning and risk management.

On his days off, Julian, a keen sailor, can often be found racing his Fareast 28R Sweeny-Todd on Sydney Harbour.
